REGISTRATION TERMS

This page of Rastogi Benarasi Silk House is strictly only for resellers who are looking to buy in bulk.
You need to share your basic business information, such as business name, address, GSTIN etc, in a simple registration form (link given at the bottom of this page). Once we review the information provided in the form, we shall contact you thereafter within 24 hours from the time of registration.
We reserve the right to decline wholesale registration request if the information provided by the applicant is incomplete or inaccurate.
The registration terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

The first order value has to be not less than Rs 150000.
The minimum order value for subsequent wholesale order should be not less than Rs 50000.
The minimum order requirements are same for purchases in person from our Varanasi store.

PAYMENT TERMS

Wholesale orders are processed against 100 % advance payment. Payments for wholesale orders are accepted through NEFT/ Funds Transfer/ Wire Transfer into our bank account. Cash/ Cards/ PayPal etc are not accepted for wholesale orders.
Payment against order needs to be done within two business days from the order date.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

All wholesale orders are normally dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. However if there is any delay, we shall inform you in advance.
For shipments within India, both road transport and air shipping options may be available depending on shipment weight and location. Air shipments usually take 4-8 business days to deliver. Road transport shipments may take 8-15 days to deliver.
International Shipping is available.
The shipping charges are based both on shipment weight and value, and shall be calculated and conveyed to you after you place your final order.

Goods once sold shall not be exchanged/ returned.
Customers are expected to understand the fabric types, and the inherent textures and feel. Any query in this regard can be sent to us before the order is placed.
All products are properly checked before shipping. In handwoven products, there may be certain acceptable level of irregularities. These cannot be considered defects.
Wholesale prices are subject to change.
